        -     There have been some questions on the proof of insurance required.  To explain further, what is required is a certificate of additional liabiltiy insurance that names the City of St. Charles, RT Weiler's, and the Dog Days of Summer Committe.  This is to protect against any accidents that may occur during the event.  This certificate can be obtained from your insurance agent and should be at no cost.  If you are unable to obtain this certificate at no cost please contact us via email.  This is for your protection as well as the festival's.  Please let us know if you have questions.
