Vendor Information
       -     There have been some questions on the proof of insurance required.  To explain further, what is required is a certificate of additional liabiltiy insurance that names the City of St. Charles, RT Weiler's, and the Dog Days of Summer Committee.  This is to protect against any accidents that may occur during the event.  This certificate can be obtained from your insurance agent and should be at no cost.  If you are unable to obtain this certificate at no cost please contact us via email.  This is for your protection as well as the festival's.  Please let us know if you have questions.
        
         -      The Event begins at 10am, booths must be set up and ready of inspection by the St. Charles Fire Marshal no later than 9am.  Loading on the street will begin at 7am and go till 9am, All vehicles must be off the street by 9am!  Parking is available in the lots accross from the river behind Main St.

          -      Please check in at the registration booth across from the breeze way next to RT Weilers.  Your booth assignment will be given at that time.  Please email with any special requests or needs.
Fill out the application below.  Booth space will not be reserved until your registration fee and a copy of your insurance has been recieved. The day of the event, please check in at the registration booth located across the breeze way next to RT Weiler's.  AAll vendors will be required to sign a vendor agreement when checking in. YOU MUST HAVE A FIRE EXTINGUISHER ON HAND THE DAY OF THE EVENT. You will be given your booth assignment at that time.  Flyers for the event will be available for pick up at RT Weilers.  Just ask for a manager.

****Vendors will be required to provide thier own tables, chairs, tents.  A booth space will be marked on the street and your space number will be given to you when you check in.  There is limited access to electricity which is located on the base of the light poles along Main St.  It is possible that booths will have to share outlets.
